President & CEO

Mr. Brown has over 23 years of experience leading and supporting full software development life cycle projects for customers in the private and public sectors.  Some of his past clients include: Army Research Laboratory (ARL), Army Materiel Systems Analysis Activity (AMSSA), Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), Bank of America, and Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS).

 

Mr. Brown has been a Professor of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics at Harford Community College and has served as a Program Manager as well as a Scrum Master.

His experience in agile project delivery coupled his teaching acumen and curriculum design is what makes DAS a success.

Ms. Hamilton-West has more than 25 years' of combined experience in staffing, financial services, risk management and business development. Her ability to develop compliant processes using lean principles created significant value for our clients.  Our clients are businesses who expect a high level of service and the best level of service that we can offer. 

 

She is adept at listening to individual client needs and customizing personnel solutions designed to solving the clients needs.

 

Her favorite concepts of business operations are coined by three phrases.  1-   A thriving business cannot survive without solid human asset services,  2- Identifying and executing best practices is priority number one.  3-  The purple unicorn is quite the challenging adversary!   

With more than 26 years of experience in education, Dr. Bright has held several administrative positions in academic and student services, including Provost/CEO, Chief Officer of Student

Success Initiatives, Associate Vice President of Student Affairs, Dean of Students,
Director of Athletics, Associate Professor and Counselor.

He is firmly committed to the mission of “open access” to all in education, to promote goal-oriented, visionary leadership and to foster a learning-centered environment of excellence. He is proficient in the management of a diverse range of organizations, departments, professionals, and programs through a complete understanding of the educational arena and integrated networks.
