Salary Range: $90,000-110,000
Location: 100% On-site: 767 5th Avenue, New York (Corner of Central Park)

In addition to administering the firm's CRM system, a primary focus of this role will be on email marketing. The CRM Analyst will manage daily operations of the email marketing calendar, build and deploy thought leadership and event mailings campaigns, proofreading and A/B testing, and campaign measurement and reporting.

The CRM Analyst is responsible for taking the lead on various projects and utilizing initiative and independent judgment in their day-to-day dealings.

This position is within the Business Development & Communications department, and requires the Analyst to have a solid understanding of both the Firm’s business and the technologies used by the team.

Primary Responsibilities and/or Essential functions:

CRM:
- Oversee, quality check, and provide direction in the set-up, creation and implementation of Firm announcements, thought leadership and event mailings as requested.
- Utilizing best practices, manage intricate processes and procedures to ensure the optimal functionality of InterAction and CRM team processes.
- The analyst will support, troubleshoot, and improve existing CRM processes and integrations in addition to helping with implementation and testing of new processes as needed.
- Implement and oversee complex campaign mailing distributions, including alerts and events.
- Lead special projects related to data quality and analytics reports.
- Translate business objectives into practical, end-user specific layouts and functionality including dashboard set-up and quantitative/qualitative reporting.
- Provide queries and data outputs for campaign sizing, segmentation, reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws across the world, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and Germany opt-ins. This includes request for consent monthly distributions and detailed reports.
- Provide technical training for team members on the Firm’s CRM system and in other technical aspects related to the operations of the group.
- Provide additional training and floor support to administrative support staff and attorneys, as needed.
- Some data entry may be required on an as needed basis.
- Test CRM upgrades and system integrations.
- Any additional responsibilities as required by management.

Email Marketing:
- Project manage assigned campaigns from start to finish.
- Expert in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches.
- Create HTML/CSS templates.
- Develop strategies to grow Weil’s email subscribers list and increase engagement.
- Report on the success of email campaign engagement.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum 3+ year’s hands-on experience in strategic law firm CRM systems, preferably InterAction.
- Familiarity with a variety of CRM and relational database systems.
- Strong proficiency in Vuture, Sitecore and/or SharePoint a huge plus.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
- Ability to work under pressure with interruptions and tight deadlines.
- HTML and CSS skills
- Proficient with Excel and data manipulation.
- Previous proofreading experience a major plus.
- Hands-on, with a track record of initiative, ingenuity, and self-directed behavior.
- Ability to use research tools available through the Internet and the library.

Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required, ideally in a technology, business or marketing-related area.
